In conjunction with our Quality Policy we achieve this by maintaining a management system that is certified against the requirements of the British Retail Consortium / Institute of Packaging Standard for Packaging & Packaging Materials.
Quality is important to us because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products & services which meet and wherever possible even exceed their expectations. Our management system provides the framework for us to measure and improve our performance.
The management system at Peter Marsh Group has been certified against the Environmental standard ISO 14001 since 2004. Since its introduction the usage of electricity, gas & water against production levels has reduced year on year as have waste levels. All of the paper used in the production of our sacks comes from sustainable forests and is certified for food use. Similarly the materials used in our Packaging Division are largely recycled.
All of our products can be easily recycled.
The most recent addition to our certifications having been certified since 2007 resulting in a safer working environment for our employees, visitors and contractors and reducing risk and liability exposure on the organisation.
